Car parks that don't flood,
streets that stay cooler

Permeable blocks on lightweight permeable base blocks turn sealed paving into paving that lets rain soak in. At the Haeundae-gu Cultural Complex car park in Busan, rain that ran 100% off the surface before installation infiltrated 100% after.

From proven blocks
to low-carbon materials

Cement accounts for most of a concrete block's embodied carbon. Bright Land is developing technology that reduces cement use and makes use of regional by-products and CO₂ — applied first to its existing LID product line, and aimed at lowering carbon and cost together.

Patent filings are in preparation, so compositions, process conditions and numerical targets are not disclosed. Performance and carbon figures will be published only after accredited testing and third-party LCA (ISO 14067). R&D

REGION · PROCUREMENT
Regional GX · green procurement

Ulsan test-beds and a public supply chain

We prepare low-carbon products in line with these policies and verify them in public field trials in Ulsan and Busan. Certification depends on each agency's review.

Carbon regulation · CBAM · ESG · Scope 3

As carbon gets a price,
a green leader that moves ahead of regulation

The EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), ESG and Scope 3 disclosure, green public procurement and the circular economy all point the same way: materials that use less cement, reuse resources and prove their carbon in numbers. That is where Bright Land is taking its products.

CBAM

Cement carbon now has a price

The EU CBAM entered its definitive period in January 2026, putting a carbon cost on carbon-intensive materials such as cement and steel. Bright Land is cutting cement dependence to make materials less exposed to carbon costs.

ESG · SCOPE 3

Your supply-chain carbon, too

Korea's sustainability disclosure standards (KSSB) were finalised in 2026, with large listed companies reporting first and Scope 3 (including purchased materials) phased in. Low-carbon materials with product carbon data (LCA) help builders and buyers manage supply-chain emissions.

GREEN PROCUREMENT

Green public purchasing · K-GX

Korea's K-GX strategy calls for more low-carbon products in public procurement. We add low-carbon specifications on top of 94 public orders.

CIRCULAR ECONOMY

Waste turned into material

Circular technology that returns regional by-products and recycled resources to production supports circular-economy policy and customers' resource goals.

Our principle — carbon reductions are stated only after product LCA (ISO 14067) and third-party verification, so customers can use the figures in their own ESG reporting.

References: EU CBAM definitive period (1 Jan 2026); Korean sustainability disclosure standards finalised (Jul 2026), phased in for large listed companies from FY2027 with Scope 3 deferred; K-GX strategy (7 Oct 2026). Whether a regulation applies to a given product depends on each scheme's scope.
