The photos, drawings and text on Bright Land's website and in its downloadable materials are company assets. Fair quotation is welcome; unauthorised copying and commercial use will be met with legal action.
Effective 21 October 2026 · Applies to all pages of brightland.co.kr and related domains and to materials downloaded from them, including the company profile and product catalogue (“Content”). This is a translation; if it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
1. Ownership
- Copyright in the text, photos, drawings and cross-sections, product renderings, graphics, design, layout and the selection and arrangement of the Content belongs to Bright Land Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) or is used under licence from the rightful owner.
- The Company's registered patents (KR 10-2191037, 10-2273558, 10-2433566, 10-2533734) and registered designs (KR 30-1107002, 1107005, 1107006, 1107008, 1107010) are protected under the Patent Act and the Design Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
- Third-party material identified by its source (such as example images or accredited test results) belongs to its respective owners, whose permission is required for its use.
2. Prohibited uses
Without the Company's prior written consent, you may not:
- reproduce, distribute, transmit to the public (including posting on other websites, social media or online shops) or display all or part of the Content;
- modify, edit or combine the Content to create derivative works;
- use installation photos, product photos, drawings or test results in catalogues, proposals, bid or procurement documents or advertising as if they were your own products or track record;
- remove or alter rights-management information such as watermarks, sources or copyright notices;
- collect the Content in bulk with automated tools such as crawlers or scrapers;
- work the registered patents or designs commercially without a licence.
3. Permitted uses
- Quotation within reasonable limits for reporting, criticism, education or research (Copyright Act, Articles 28 and 35-5), with the source stated as “Bright Land Co., Ltd. (brightland.co.kr)” (Article 37).
- Internal viewing and printing by public buyers, designers and contractors to review, design or order the Company's products.
- Sharing links to the website.
For any other or commercial use, please request permission in advance at bright7930@naver.com, stating the purpose, material and period.

5. Technology under development
- Technology under development described on this website and in the company profile shows direction and goals only; compositions, mix designs and process conditions are not disclosed.
- Publishing or providing the Content does not grant any licence to the Company's patents, designs or know-how.
- Technical materials for partnership review are provided after a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
